Before we begin, here is a little about myself, my ways, & how booking my spiritual guidance session works.
I am a seeress, & intuitive empath. I use these gifts to see, hear, and feel things while reading the energy in and around you, along with channeled messages from my guides, to answer questions you have as a spiritual consultant and mentor. I began embracing magic for myself at 13 years old, and now in my mid 30's, I continue to embrace it for myself, & others. With my natural gifts, I have over six years of non-certified, nor licensed, psychological study and over eight years of spiritual healing, personal healing, & growth experience that assist me in guiding others. I was born with my gifts, and they have developed and grown as I have on my journey through life awakening to who I am. As I grow, so do they, a part of me they will always stay.
*If you are asking about a specific person, or if others are involved in your session, please note this person or people did not give me permission to see & read into their energy. The information I provide you is based on the energy surrounding your connection, what you feel, and have felt from this person or people and the energy they feed into the connection through their actions, emotions, etc.*
I will only tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. What you need to hear may just be in alignment with what you want to hear.
While I respect other beliefs, religions, and avenues of spirituality, I am Norse Pagan & embrace our beliefs, old ways, teachings, ideologies, mythologies as well as cultural references as a tool during session when needed. This is done gently, with no intention to shift your personal beliefs, only share reflection from mine. If you are comfortable to share your beliefs, I am happy to honor them and relate teachings in your session to your beliefs to the best of my ability for your understanding and honor to them.

Sessions Are Completely Confidential. If you choose to share details from your time with me, it is done so to your depth and discretion. If you would like to give permission for your session details to be discussed with another, you may do so. Without your direct permission, details remain confidential.
When asking questions with a time frame, please respect while I hold the gift to see time, I believe in divine timing and prefer to limit time frames, as a mindset with a time frame has potential to alter energy shifts. Time is its own being, a gift in itself, and best to be embraced and honored with gratitude. I find it works in the most mysterious ways for reasons only it holds the answer to.

FOR VIDEO CHAT SESSIONS:
Your session will begin at the time of your booking through a video chat session via my Instagram page, @The_creative_goddess.
-Please follow me there before the time of your session and send a message with your name, pronouns (if applicable) and booking day and time.
-I will call you via Instagram Video Chat on the day of your booking at the time you are booked for.
-I offer a 15 minute grace period for delayed start times, after this time passes your booking will be canceled and the cancellation policy mentioned below will be in effect.
-This 15 minute grace period may apply to myself as well in the event I am delayed arriving to your session. You will be notified with an estimated time of delay that will not exceed the 15 minute delay policy.
Failure to send message via Instagram to @the_creative_goddess prior to session with information needed to initiate call will result in your session being cancelled at the time your session begins. You will have 24 hours from your scheduled session time to reach out and claim the cancellation policy offer for a 50% off code to book another session within 30 days.
The majority of clients take notes during video/audio sessions, and I welcome it greatly! I do not mind waiting for you to write or repeating if necessary. I do take notes as well; however these notes are for my personal reflection as well as a tool for reflection on your growth in the future if you choose to seek another session.
Sessions are not recorded and I do not consent to being recorded.
During session, please feel free to get up and move, stretch, whatever you feel will support you feeling comfortable. I value both professionalisms, and a relaxed energy. I make a conscious effort to ensure session is held in a lighthearted, calm energy while I stay true to my place in power as your guide. I have had established clients eat, take care of their kids and/or animals, clean, or simply sit back with a blanket in their pjs and hang out during session.
You are free to come comfy, or formal, up to you! Think of this like a call with a good friend, as long as you are tuned in and absorbing what we are communicating about, I am happy ----knowing you are breathing peacefully and finding/feeling relief.

FOR "LET IT GO" AUDIO CALL SESSIONS
Your session will begin at the time of your booking through an audio chat session via my Instagram page, @The_creative_goddess.
Please follow me there before the time of your session and send a message with your name, pronouns (if applicable) and booking day and time.
I will call you via Instagram audio chat on the day of your booking at the time you are booked for.

I will record your reading and send it to you to the email associated with your booking within 48 hours of the day/time you are booked for. The email will contain a link to an unlisted YouTube video for your personal and private viewing.
If you would like, please download your video for future reference as it is not guaranteed it will be saved to the YouTube link in the future.
If you would like to send your thoughts, you are welcome to reply to the email that contains your session or leave comments on the YouTube video.
Please note, this for thoughts/feelings to be shared on the session. If you have additional questions after your session, you will need to book another session in order to have those answered.
FOR WRITTEN EMAIL SESSIONS:
No response needed!
I will see into your questions or general energy from your booking form, type it into an email, and send your session to the email address associated with your booking within 48 hours of the day/time you are booked for
Feel free to reach out if after 48 hours from your booking time there is no email in any inbox to have it re-sent.
If you would like to send your thoughts, you are welcome to reply to the email/message that contains your session.
Please note, this for thoughts/feelings to be shared on the session. If you have additional questions after your session, you will need to book another session in order to have those answered.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non refundable to compensate for the time reserved for your session.
1:1 Call bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by emailing or direct messaging me with at least 4 hours' notice prior to the time of your booking.
Please use the link provided in your booking reminder email to reschedule or reach out to thecreativegoddessll@icloud.com or DM on Instagram @the_creative_goddess.
Booking cancellations will be offered a 50% off of a booking fee order code with a 30 day expiration date.
Reschedule requests that are submitted after the 4 hour prior to session window closes will be a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy.
This code can be used towards either our products or a future session.
If I need to reschedule,
you will be contacted with 24 hours notice or no less than 4 hours, either via DM or email depending on which you chose for communication between us based off your booking method and outside contact you hold with me.
You will be given a code to use within 30 days to reschedule your session free of charge, or you can choose to reschedule it with me personally. If in the rare occurrence I require less than 4 hours notice, the previously mentioned applies & you will be given a code for 50% off a future session with a 30 day to use expiration.
Now that you are an established client, you will remain one until you choose to disassociate from myself and/or my services or if in the unfortunate event behaviors, differences, and/or other unfortunate events justify my releasing you as a client.

As an established client you will have access to special offers outside of the full session options listed in this email that will be posted and offered through either my direct Instagram page, or my Instagram story. @the_creative_goddess is my only account aside from @_bearnaturals_ which is our only business account and occasionally features advertisements for Spiritual Guidance sessions as it is a part of our business.
You will remain an established client regardless of how often you attend session as well as the duration of time in between sessions. Once a client, always a client!
What happens if you are no longer considered a client? If it is a decision I made to release you as a client, you will no longer be able to book sessions or have access to special offers for services outside of a full session option listed on this email. If you choose to disassociate yourself from me, and there are no difficult feelings between us, you may return to being a client at any time by simply booking a session.
