All sales are final. We thank you for understanding we are a small operation with a small staff and supply. At this time, we are not accepting return or refund requests.
Our products make great gifts, if your nose did not love a particular scent, or your skin type wasn't fond of how our product worked with it, someone you know may love it!
Your happiness is important to us, if you are not in love with your order please reach out to us with your order number and anything you would like to share within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to send a discount code in the amount of 30% of your order total (not including any shipping fees or taxes) with a 30 day expiration to use towards your next order.

Damages/Concerns/Questions
We will replace any order that arrives damaged with the same items or similar of equal value if the exact product or scent is out of stock.
If we assess the damage replacement claim and feel there are dishonest intentions, or it appears the product has been used prior to being damaged, we will not replace the order and may choose to consider the order fraudulent.
We will not replace any order that the shipping box or internal packaging arrives damaged, but the products are unharmed. If we can confidently determine the products to be safe for use, we will not replace them.
To Begin This Claim:

If the product(s) arrived damaged, please email us within 24 hours after delivery with a minimum of 4 pictures of the damaged packaging and product(s). This will allow us to assess the situation and reach out to USPS to begin communication for insurance coverage to reimburse the business.
Once we assess the claim, we will either approve or decline the claim based off information provided. If approved, you will be sent the necessary codes to reorder for total of your order (not including taxes) and free shipping.
If your order is lost in transit,
Please contact USPS with your tracking number for a delivery update and take note of the information provided to you by them. If it is not delivered in 3 business days after the expected date of delivery, please reach out to us with all of the information. We will replace your order with the same items, or similar of equal value if exact product or scent is out of stock. If you would like to wait until the scent or product you ordered becomes available again, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the order not including any taxes as well as provide you a one-time free shipping code to use to replace the order.

Your name, order number, expected delivery date, the information provided by USPS on the orders missed delivery, and any other information from you that may be helpful in our effort to file an insurance claim with USPS to reimburse the business.
Once we assess the claim, you will be sent the necessary codes to reorder for total of your order (not including taxes) and free shipping.

Please note, due to high demand and full schedule, availability is limited.
Bookings can be rescheduled or canceled by emailing or direct messaging me with at least 4 hours notice prior to the time of your booking. Please use the link provided in your booking email to reschedule or reach out to thecreativegoddessll@icloud.com or DM on Instagram @the_creative_goddess.
Booking cancellations, & reschedule requests that are submitted after the 4 hour prior to session window closes will be offered a 50% off of your booking fee order code with a 30 day expiration date, or you can choose to reschedule it with me personally and receive an invoice for the next session at half the cost you purchased a session for.
The reasoning for withholding 50% of the booking fee for those who need to cancel or reschedule without at least 4 hours notice is to retain payment for the time reserved and prepared for your session.
Failure to send message via Instagram to @the_creative_goddess prior to session with information needed to initiate call will result in your session being cancelled at the time your session begins. You will have 24 hours from your scheduled session time to reach out and claim the cancellation policy offer for a 50% off code to book another session within 30 days.
If I need to reschedule, you will be contacted with 24 hours notice or no less than 4 hours, either via DM or email depending on which you chose for communication between us based off your booking method and outside contact you hold with me. You will be given a code to use within 30 days to reschedule your session free of charge, or you can choose to reschedule it with me personally. If in the rare occurrence I require less than 4 hours notice, the previously mentioned applies and you will be given a code for 50% off a future session with a 30 day to use expiration.

The Right To Refuse Services To Any Customer/Client At Anytime With No Refund Provided As A Retainer For Any Inconvenience Resulted From Any Reason To Discontinue Services Is In Effect as Of August 26th, 2024.
