Shipping policy

Orders are processed & shipped within 1-4 business days of being received. 

Shipping Is Soley Processed Through USPS.

 

Correct Address Verification

We ask that you kindly ensure your shipping information at checkout is accurate as we will not replace orders sent to an incorrect address.
 -If your order is returned to us and you would like it to be shipped to the correct address, there will be a $5.55 re-print fee for the new shipping label. This fee will be sent to you through an invoice to the email associated with your order, unless another email is provided. Once the invoice payment is complete, we will print the new label and begin the shipping process to the correct address with the new label.

 

 

System Alerted Address Verification Required

 -If we detect an issue with your shipping address on our end, we will notify you via the email associated with your order, you may additionally be contacted by phone if a valid number is provided with your order. 
 -If we have not received a response from you to these attempts to verify information, we will do our best to verify the correct address through methods such as referring to your billing address and/or Google maps. You will be notified if we are able to verify the address, and no further action is required. 
 -In the unfortunate event we are unable to verify your shipping address prior to the required fulfillment date, we will send the order to the address provided at check out and disregard the system correction with hope in the address you provided at checkout. If the order is sent to a wrong address, our shipping policy will be in effect, and the order will not be replaced. We understand mistakes happen and will send a code for 30% of your order total (before shipping and taxes) to re-order with.

 

We will not replace any orders marked as delivered and claimed as unreceived. 
We are happy to assist you in providing any information USPS may need in order to locate your package.
 In the event of an unreceived package showing delivered, we are happy to work with you and provide information needed regarding your order to help assist you to reach out USPS. From our research, they consider their job done once a package is delivered and will not approve an insurance claim for this unfortunate event. 
All other unfortunate events outside of those listed above will be handled on a case by case basis. 

 

 

 

Damages/Concerns/Questions
Every item in your order is individually quality checked for its second inspection prior to being packaged. We take great pride and care in packaging each and every order to ensure it arrives home safe. This includes kraft packaging paper, items wrapped in tissue paper, every candle comes wrapped in tissue paper inside a box, durable kraft tape to seal your box, 2 easily noticeable fragile stickers on every order as well as a "contains candle wax" sticker if your order contains a candle or wax melts.

If in the absolute rare & unfortunate event our methods fail & your products arrive damaged, or If you have any questions regarding your order, please reach out anytime with your name, order information & shipping details with a detailed message regarding your concerns and or questions. If the product(s) arrived damaged, or are lost in transit, please email us within 24 hours after delivery or missed arrival with attached pictures of the damaged item(s) and shipping box or any information you have regarding the missed arrival. 

This will allow us to assess the situation and reach out to USPS to begin communication for reimbursement through the USPS insurance coverage.

Once these steps are complete and your request is processed, your order will be replaced with either the same or similar items if the items purchased are no longer available or out of stock. There is no guaranteed time frame on when an item can be restocked, although we are happy to provide you with an estimated time of restock.

All "Damaged During Shipping" requests will be processed within 7-14 business days including the shipment of the replacement order. If you would like to wait and see if an item from your order is restocked, or may be able to be made custom for you, we will extend this time frame to 30 calendar days.
